Is the adoption fee adjusted if a pet was already fixed prior to being relinquished to ARK or if its vaccinations are not current at the time of adoption?

We charge a standard fee  for all adoptions.  Almost everything we adopt out has been fixed by us and we dont adopt out animals that are not current on vaccinations.
